About Deposit Limits

A deposit limit caps the total amount you can deposit into your Betaroo.co account during a defined period. It is designed to help you control your spending by preventing deposits beyond your chosen threshold.

What Counts as a Deposit

All incoming payments you initiate into your Betaroo.co account are aggregated toward your active deposit limit, regardless of the payment method used.

• All accepted payment methods (debit card, bank transfer, etc.) are combined under a single limit.
• Winnings credited to your balance are not counted as deposits.
• Refunds or administrative adjustments are not treated as deposits.

When the Limit Is Reached

Once your deposit limit is reached, further deposits are automatically blocked until the active period resets.

Any existing funds in your account remain available for wagering. Only new deposits are restricted.

Limit Periods

When setting a deposit limit, you choose one of the following periods:

Daily

Resets automatically at midnight (AEST) each day.

Weekly

Resets at midnight on Monday each week.

Monthly

Resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Each period resets automatically. Your deposit capability restores in full when the period renews.

Changing Your Limit

You can set, adjust or remove your deposit limit at any time through the My Account section on the Betaroo.co website.

Decreasing a Limit

Takes effect immediately.

Increasing a Limit

Subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the new limit applies.

Removing a Limit

Treated the same as an increase — subject to the 7-day cooling-off period.

Notifications & History

Betaroo.co may send you notifications as you approach your deposit limit, helping you stay aware of your remaining capacity within the active period.

All previous limit changes are recorded in your account history, where you can review the dates and values of past adjustments.
